Only the incoming data is checked for an event. One of the things on the "to
do" list is to add code to check for events in the replay data. You can use
WinQuake to help set the STA/LTA numbers. After loading an event file use
the Calculate / STA/LTA Ratio menu items to open the STA/LTA Ratio dialog
box. There you can play around with different STA/LTA times to see how it
effects the ratio number.
