Arie, regarding your wish list item 2, you might want to check out AutoFTP.
I'm using it to automatically FTP my WinSDR gif files to my ISP's web
server every 5
minutes. It has all the features you ask for and for only $50. Their web site
is http://www.primasoft.com/32org/32ftpro.htm . Another autoftp utility is
called
FileDog which I have not investigated but seems like it will do the same thing.
